Dystopian Sound

So as I said, I was looking for a dystopian sound in music, and I think I found it- maj7 chords. If you’re a pianist, try arpeggiating (is that the correct term) a Cmaj7/G chord (g at the bottom) with a C octave in the left hand. Play this twice, and at the half mark of the second Arpeggiation (lol), play an E octave at the base instead. Then shift to an Fmaj7/A chord (A at the bottom) with an F octave with the left hand. Play twice. It sounds nice if you do it slowly.
